Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Jonathan Alex Brayshaw?

A former award-winning technology Marketing and PR professional, Jon has now transformed his life and career to be more than just building brands or making money for the world’s most impactful companies. He is now dedicating his life to his passions. He has rejoined the UK Labour party to influence policy making in the areas of LGBTQIA and to help support victims of sexual violence and non-consensual coerciver control and sexual abuse.

How was Jonathan abused?

A sexual predator targeted Jonathan and over the course of nearly three years, this abuser repeatedly poisioned Jon so that he could control every aspect of Jon’s life, including excluding him from pre-existing relationships and isolating him from a global support network of over 10,500 worldwide kinksters.

Using Ketamine in conjunction with other substances, the abuser would keep Jon in a permanent state of submissive confusion so that the abuser never had to contribute to the running of the household. This kind of Ketamine-enabled sexual violence is becoming increasingly common in modern LGBTQIA relationships.

What are the authorities doing?

Very little to date. British authorities have very little experience with handling such sensitive and difficult life stories. But that does not excuse all the gaslighting and disbelief Jonathan experienced from health professionals at some of the NHS’s leading medical institutions. University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust permitted a sexual abuser access to their wards during the global Covid-19 pandemic, which enabled the abuser to continue to poison Jonathan, even in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). When Jonathan returned home to Ashby Folville, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, the abuser continued to administer poison up to four times each week under the noses of all the NHS organisations that were supposed to be safeguarding him.

Why has Jonathan decided to sue?

Jon feels the NHS failed to safeguard him and must be made accountable for their failures to diagnose and safeguard.
